Hello

Pain and burning sensation during urination may indicate urinary tract infection(UTI).
It is not necessarily due to STD's.
You may need proper antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You may need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME and culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of KUB region.
You should drink lot of water.
You may also need alkalizing syrup.

Get well soon.
Take Care
